By using the RBMI FOODZ application, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. RBMI FOODZ is the official food ordering platform for RBMI campus dining facilities.

2. You must be a registered student or staff member with valid credentials to use this application.

3. Menu items, prices, and availability are determined by the campus canteen and mess.

4. Pickup times are estimates and may vary depending on meal preparation schedules.

5. Payment must be completed before order processing. We accept various payment methods as displayed in the app.

6. Cancellations must be made at least 1 hour before scheduled pickup time.

7. You are responsible for collecting your orders during the designated pickup windows.

8. Student discounts require valid student ID verification during pickup.

9. We collect minimal personal data to process your orders in compliance with campus policies.

10. RBMI FOODZ reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders at its discretion.

11. Food allergies and dietary restrictions must be communicated when placing your order.

12. Refund requests must be made within 2 hours of order pickup and require receipt.

13. These terms may be updated periodically, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
